I wrote a shade over 1000 words today, so work well done in my opinion. It’s a novel I started last year, and have picked up again - I reread it over a couple of days and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was in fact not at all bad, and would probably not need too much work to get it totally finished after all. Sure, it’ll need another couple of drafts after I finish - and I do tend to underestimate these things - but I think that it’s going to be pretty good actually.
