John Otway's Theremin Presentation

On 2^nd October, 1999 (Otway's birthday), John was presented with a Theremin by a number of people from the Otway mailing list, and thanks to the organisational skills of Nic and Sally Sheppard, who collected the money and ordered the beast from across the pond.
