Congratulations, you are now At The Boundary, the official
online resource for fans (and enemies) of that wonderful band
"Xavier Moonchild And The Rumpy Pumpy Lovesticks". If
you've never heard of them, I'm not surprised really, because they
haven't exactly done loads of mainstream stuff, but have a look
round, and you might grow to like them (until you hear them).
The image above is an imagemap - so click on a head (or use the links below) to find out more about the band members. The photo above was taken at the 1995 annual St. Celia's Day Jam, which Joe, the keyboard player, couldn't attend, so he's absent from the scene. The people who can be seen, however, are (from left to right): Alex "Xan" Eardley, "Drummy" Dave Murphy, Xavier Moonchild (with his hair tied back), "Strummy" Dave Hailey, and Michelle Laybourn. It looks disturbingly like an FA Cup impersonators competition to me - no wonder I grew my hair long!
As well as Xav & The Lovesticks, these pages will also act as
a site for information on the other associated groups and solo
projects, including "Federal Bureau", "The
Condition", "The Bertillons" and anything else that we may start (and probably never finish).
